Your vehicle must be parked inside a garage, or under a shaded area.  Washing vehicles under direct sunlight is extremely harmful for the paint. Please make sure your vehicle is unlocked, or that someone is available to unlock it.

After your service has been completed, you will be prompted to tip and rate your washer.  It’s important to tip your washer, in order for us to make sure they are providing a quality service.

Once a Neo Washer has responded to your service request, you may contact them directly through the App.  If you are not able to get in contact directly with your Neo Washer, contact Support.

Neo Wash is 100% cashless.  We process all of our payment through the app via card payment.  If your Neo Washer asked you to pay in cash, please let us know here.

We recommend you don’t leave any valuables inside the vehicle.  If you are unable to locate an item, you can contact your Neo Washer for up to TBD hours.  If you need further assistance contact Support.

Unfortunately, sometimes Neo Washers are unable to fulfill an order they have accepted. If a Neo Washer cancels, simply request again, and our system will locate a new Neo Washer.

We are sorry that your Neo Washer did not show.  Please Let Know, by contacting support.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your wash, try to let your Washér know before the job is completed. Washérs are happy to go back and fix any areas that they may have missed.

If you are still unsatisfied, you can let us know by giving your Washér a low rating. We’ll contact you as soon as possible to see what went wrong.
